    Im new obviously, I have researching about refugiums and mantis and a lot of things brought me back to here. So common sense finally kicked. So here it goes Hello my name is Bob and I'm a 3yr reefer and I hope to learn a bit and hopefully be able to help others with not to much damage. That wasn't to bad. See ya soon.

    I'm looking into building a fuge for my 85g. hex tank and I am wondering if I am goin to over complicate it. I have looked at some sites. One was melves reefs? or something. But I would like to build a 4' x 2' about 16" deep and have a few area for diff things like fuge with seahorses area and mantis area and a coral grow area. I'm hoping to be able to put them all in the same fuge tank with them all being seperated. Anybody done this?

    And for my 75g bowfront. I am looking into breaking this tank down and turning it into a fresh water tank with ghost shrimp to feed. And hopefully getting a 265g oceanic that someone is looking to get rid of. The 265 is less than a year old and has a stand, hood and lights, skimmer, chiller, 300 lb of lr for $2,500. We are looking to turn this into a semi aggressive tank.
