hey everyone, im wondering what should be the next thing to build buy or do. im setting up a 40 breeder reef with zoa's lps and sps and this is what i did so far...
    -built a stand
    -drilled the aquarium
    -cemented the plumbing
-made a custom acrylic sump (came out awesome!!!)
    -put in float switch
    -bought mag 7 for return
    -bought dryrock and sand
-vortech mp10 (btw this pump is amazing!!!! i put it on my 72 bowfront for a bit and it was making little waves haha deffinately better than my koralia 4)

what should i do next? i need a stand to put to the side for my auto top off, lights, and a skimmer better than a remora. also should i build brackets for the plumbing support? and my refugium is 28" long by 7" wide (its like a display fuge) what light should i get for that?

I would get the stand built that will sit on the side of your DT so you can get it up and running. While the tank is cycling you can hunt down lights and a skimmer.

I really like my Reef Octopus....great skimmers for the $. SWC and Bubble Magus are other really popular skimmers right now. Lights-are you going halide or T-5?

Not sure on the plumbing brackets...would need a pic to give you my opinion but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt!

I have a 6500k CF light from Lowe's for my fuge which I keep chateo and Red Mangroves under. I paid $6.00 for it.

Posting pics would be a good next step also! LOL

There are a lot of different choices out there when it comes to T5's. I went with TEK lights by sunlight supply. Check out Reefgeek.com for lighting. They had the best prices I could find and had awesome customer service.
