I had a bright erectus in my tank. It was yellow with grey bands very pretty. Lasted 1 day and then dies and the hermits ate its eyes. It was properly acclimated and had no predatory fish. The tank had plenty of attachments including live seaweed. It was disastrous and I decided never to get one again they are just to pretty to lose.

I think they are really Picky/Finicky

Hopefully she will post some newer ones, those were from the first time I went to her house which was about 2.5 years ago. She has an amazing setup downstairs in her basement.

ok well I assume you have all the necessary equipment, filtration, and all that fun stuff right? Well get the tank, set it up, cycle it, add sand, LR, and all that fun stuff, and then add your first seahorse and see how it works out. If you already have some of this stuff then I'm sorry cuz I wasn't following the whole thread
