You mean you recommend more, not that it's not enough. My 5 year old horses, who get fed once a day, states once a day is indeed realistically enough. In the last 15 years of keeping horses, I've only fed once a day.

I mean, if someone wants to feed twice.... GREAT! But they can still keep horses very sucessfully with a once a day feeding regime if need be.

No, I mean that Connor needs to feed at least twice a day.
While you have alternative live food available for your horses, IMO, most seahorse tanks are not set up with this capability to provide sufficient live food for them to graze on in addition to their feeding.
Connor on the other hand is feeding new seahorses in a Q-tank with no other supply of food and as such I believe for the health of the seahorses, they should be fed at least twice a day.

*shrugs* I still only fed once per day when I have horses in QT. But that's just my practices.

All right guys don't want this to get a little out of hand. Con, if your seahorses look healthy and benefit from feedings once a day, then stick to it. If they benefit from 2 feedings a day, then stick to that. Remember that you want the best for the seahorses, so if one feeding a day is good enough for them then keep it that way

Ummmmm, this is a discussion. It's not a fight because 2 people don't agree. Our exchange is appropriate and doesnt really require reigning in that I can see.
