how much rock or sand do you guys think i should go for. im thinking mabey 15 or 16 lb or rock and very little sand

 

are you talking about totaly volume of rock?? I wouldn't think 15 pounds would be enough just my opinion though... i guess you could always add more if needed btw pics always keep a thread interesting the more pics the more views

 

Glad to see your moving ahead with this, can't wait to see it done with seahorses in it. I miss having mine.

You need enough sand for a couple inches deep, unfortunately without the dimensions of the tank its kind of hard to say how much but I guessing at least 25 or 30 lbs.

You should post your pictures on Photo bucket and link to them, It easier and you can use bigger pictures. If you need help doing this pm me and I will help you out.

ok i just got the dimensions of the tank they are 24-1/4L x 12-1/2W x 16-3/4H

 

ok pics coming up as soon as i fill the tank back up. my mom made me move the tank off the tabel to a stand she bought. i also picked up 30 pounds of sand. some will be going to my 26 and about 23-25 pounds into this tank i relly dont want anything too deep. i also might take a few pics of my 26
