    Yes.. there are some threads on here about bleaching the rocks.

    I soaked mine in bleach for a day then neutralize the bleach with baking soda for a day or two. That should kill any unwanted creatures.
    You don't really need to buy "live" live rock. It will all become live during the break in cycle.

    Who would you get it from marco or tampa bay
    Tampa bay is a lil bit cheaper and it look like I like there rock better
