Do you think I should use the old tank water?

I was considering that, but when would I put it in?

Duh...I didnt think...I filled up with water and now i gotta add the sand and rock and stuff and I'm gonna overflow...oh well...I guess I gotta just ditch some of the water...what a waste!!

Should I be using some of my own water from the 37 Gallon?

I probably would Mike. Just to reduce shock. Even just 5 - 10 gallons of the old water or so, I'd think.

The old rock should help though. Good luck.
