my tank is about 1 week old and still cycling with a 4" sand bed. My rocks are sitting on the glass but I want to redo my aquascape. Would it be OK to take the rocks out and disturb the DSB? Thanks. No lifeorm is in the tank. What consequences would this yield?

There should be no issue at all if disturb it now. The problem with disturbing a DSB comes into play much later down the road when gas has built up under it.

if its 1 week old, then the peramiters are porbly still way up or higher than their suppose to be, and i dont think u moving around rocks will make it that much worse... what im worred about is, u packed ur sand around ur rock correct?
