NEW Tank purchase

I am going to to be getting a new 100 gallon tank and custom stand either from Miracles in Canada or Elos. 48x24x18 is the Miracles and the Elos is the System 120 47.25x22.5x20. Elos tank and stand is about $300 more than the Miracles tank and custom stand. Who should I go with?

 

Isnt the 1st dimensions for a 90 gallon?

The second is also approximately 92 gallons too. Did they say it was a 120?

 

Well... really make sure it supports the weight!!! This is not a cheap hobby and buying the tank is just the beginng... so don´t save money in the beginning... it will save you lots later on.

Both tank are about 90 gallons. The Elos is just called System 120 but is 90 gallons. Anyone here have wither one of these tanks?

 

Buy the tank that you like most. Make sure Miracles will provide warranty coverage if the tank is placed on a custom stand. Most manufacturers won't accept a warranty claim if you kept the tank on a custom stand nowadays.

 

If Miracles makes a tank they would also make the custom stand. In reality even if a problem happens they would probably get out of paying for a new tank simply due to numerous ways that a tank can fail. Uneven floor or if I dropped the rock into the tank too hard.
