Hi started a tank then gave up. In 2012 started it back seeing my 18 month old loves fish. Thing same as last time. 90 gal. Fish are dying and and snails. I now have a toadstool green and a green flower pot and a red metershower . Everything I test is good and the store. The flower pot has not come out in 72 hours. Have lost a bleeny and a coral beauty in the last week alk 10.21 ph 8.3 and all other are 0.

    Lots to address here....
    Are you using RO/DI?
    What kind of lighting?
    Please post pictures.
    Alk is very high.
Please post the actual values and everything that YOU have tested for and what test kits you used (disregard the fish store test results).

With your fish and snails dying, I am willing to bet you have ammonia.

Flower pot coral are very difficult to take care and perish quite frequently in home aquariums.

Try a series of small frequent water changes everyday/every other day until you see ammonia recede.
