Thanks for the great welcome! I am located in Springdale and have always enjoyed aquariums. My dad and I built freshwater aquariums in the early 90's and I have always kept at least one freshwater. I just now found myself again drawn toward saltwater...all it took was a few hours at the LFS and I was sold again. I appreciate the quick replies and advice.

    Thanks again

    Welcome!

I graduated high school at Alpena (near Harrison). The Ozarks are beautiful and I miss them (living in Indonesia now).

I have a seaclone, I'm not real happy with it. But I'm so new, it's better than no skimmer. (It least I knew to get a skimmer! LOL, and it does remove junk) Welcome aboard!

Just an update. I went ahead and purchased a new skimmer, the Aqua Medic Turbo SL. After one day, it has pulled off more "gunk" then the seaclone would pull off in a week or two. Definitely worth the money, I think.

I've heard the turbo's are pretty good skimmers.
