    Look at Lowes, HD or any hardware store, by the lawn sprinklers they should have pressure gauges with a hose thread attachment on them for $8-$10. Stick it on your outside hose bib and see what you have at different times of the day. Its often higher during non peak times but should be at least 40 psi all the time.

    If Spectrapure is still having their 90gph used units for sale, I'd look into those. I went with it (my first RO/DI) and it was a breeze to set up and use. Works great.

    I think im going to go with the BRS. I dont like the idea that the other is refurbished.

    I have two more questions :)
    1) What is the best salt?
    2) How do I know how much salt to add, will there be directions ofr something?
