    Got an octo yesterday, he sure is one cool customer! The first two pics are right after I added him and the last one is him peering through his new den. He pretty much stayed in it with one eye poking out, watching me on the computer for most of the night. I woke up this morning and was glad to see everything in my tank not dead yet :) but im sure he will lay the smack down when he is ready too....

    Yeah, I acctually have 2 pecies of 3/8" thick glass for the 2 panels my tank and I lay some heavy stones on the sides, there is no cracks or holes for him to sqeeze out that way. As far as feeding him I dont know what he likes, he has rejected everything so far, but I think I may go and buy some silver sides for him and see if he goes for them. I do know their diet consists of mainly crab in the wild so thats what im going to feed him once he is grown a bit.

    thats funny... YESTERDAY... when i went to get rock for my tank there was this guy who actually got an octopus, i thought you were the same person. But you are from Florida are you not? ( this happened in GA).
