    Hi All new here, Have been away from saltwater for 25+ years had a 75G reef at one time, my how things have changed in philosophy and equipment. I am in the process of purchasing a JBJ 28G Pro and all the needed accesories so if you don't mind I will be picking your brains for info as I move along.

    One more thing I am NOT a Doctor the "MD" in my screen name is just my initials, makes it easy for me to remember in my advanced cronological age :)

    +1 on both! The only negatives I have heard are that it is not dimmable, and so you have to be very careful about not bleaching corals. Otherwise, the lighting is more than enough for all corals/clams.

    welcome back to the hobby! I actually thought the MD meant you were from Maryland :) anyway, there are a few of us on here that fall into the "advanced chronological age" category ;)
