Oh yeah I should take pictures of the corals tomorrow to have something to compare to. I can't wait to have my new tank set up to actually have everything done. I am still on the lookout for a used 40 breeder though. I repeatedly see people saying they see them for sale on craigslist all the time for under 50 bux but I have yet to see one lol.

you could if you don't find a 40 breeder by the time petco has their $1 per gallonsale you can get one for $40 if they are not all gone. should be in the next month sometime if it goes just like last year.

When do they do it normally? I was gonna build one from scratch from acrylic but I spent a lot more than expected on the trim.

One thing I would change with the zapper would be making the rod shorter. Its just to hard to manuever with it being so long.

Should I go out and buy a new 40 breeder for a sump or use the 20 long I already have?

This is one case that bigger is definitely better if you can make the tank fit. I have a 40 breeder from my sump and I am very happy I got it.
