went to LFS today to order my SWC 160 cone, and came back with 2 new additions. an algae blenny because my wife fell in love with him walking along the bottom of tank. and a sailfin tang they claim its a desjardin, but i think its just a normal sailfin. here they are drip acclimating, since tangs are so finicky I wanted to drip it, and they blenny is getting dripped because my wife demanded her fish get the same treatment as mine

Nice! I so wanted a sailfin, but I was told they would kill my yellow tangs (same shape and size) and possibly anything else I introduce in after him. I still might take the chance as they are so beautiful! Good luck and keep us posted!

here is the Tang fully expanded in the tank, already picking at my live rock eating the little bits of algae. as you can imagine the blenny is no where to be seen in the tank atm. little fish big tank 160# of rock to hide in could be a while before he shows up.

Nice catches! Its hard to tell if its a Dsjardin if it's young, so you'll know later on if/when its colors change.

As for the blenny, I have a pistol-symbiotic goby that I didn't see for a month after I got it, so don't get discouraged if you don't see him for a little while!
