So I am sitting here waiting for the confirmation of my new tank.
    Couple of questions

What size should I ask for the overflow holes ? I thought 1.5, but the builder suggested 2 ?
Any suggestions for a sump ? Sizes make ?
A return pump Size manufacturer ?
    Heater (s)
Tank will be fish with live rock initially.
I have 120lbs live rock now, I intend to add 100lbs base rock

    Stock from my current tank
    Juvenile emporer angel (started change)
    Regal tang
    Yellow tang
    Chocolate tang
    Dotty back
    2 very happy clowns
    1 tiger counch snail

Anything else I should be adding, I would love
    Clown trigger
    Naso tang
    Flame angel
Another pair of clowns ? Love a black pair.

Your thoughts are advice my friends

Congrats on the tank! I also look forward to hearing from some of the experts on this.

Going to buy a black tip shark and 3 leatherback turtles. And keep them in a tea cup.

    Anyone ?

No issue at all, unless you want to put a Tang in there as well!

I as well do not feel qualified to help, as I only have a 55 :-/ With that large of a tank though, I really think you should be able to get away with almost anything, including multiple pairs of clowns. No experience with them, but it seems Clown Tangs can be quite the beasts. Do some more research on them to make sure it would work in your tank.

Edit: Thought I read Clown Tang, not Clown Trigger. As mentioned they can be aggressive as well, but should fare better than a Clown Tang.

Sounds fine to me, but I've learned a bit about this site already, and I hear sirens coming. To me tho 350 gallons sounds huge for all those fish. Good luck and can't wait to see some progress

To be honest, I have a marineland 90 cube, and I know all the tang experts will want it beat me up, but I always planned to do a bigger tank, I am trying to get the tank up and the fish moved before I go for my vacation for April.

I am thinking of keeping the 90 and doing a reef, with little pretty fish and corals.
I was planning on buying everything specially for the bigger tank, I think I have most of it sourced now

    Red sea, C Skim 1800
    OR -
    Bubble Magnus BM200 s
    240 Lbs sand
    250 Lbs rocks
    Tam Seio 2600 power head
    2 's 3250
    UV filter 36 watts
    2 x Hydor 400 watts
I'm not 100% sure about a return pump for sizing, I quite like the fluval red sea pumps.

Reeflo Dart gold with 1-1/2" return plumbing. All of those fish would be fine. Clown Trigger could become a menace when it gets big, so get a small one and raise it as a community fish and never miss a feeding. Well fed triggers are happy triggers. Nice dimensions for a tank!

Any tips for feeding triggers ?
I always wanted a big tank, I am so excited, I haven't stopped smiling for days, I can't wait for my current fishes to get in the tank, 30 inch cube to a 96 inch race track ! LoL

Would I be ok with an eel ? Or would it bother the clowns ?

Triggers will eat almost anything, especially if another fish is eating it, lol. Clowns look cool, but you could have issues long term, but that could be years if started small. Goldheart is an awesome looking, even tempered trigger.

Eel would depend on the type. Some are straight up fish eaters. All have poor eyesight and need special feeding.
