Alright...so one day I started staring at my 250 MH reflector I had just sitting in my closet and got to thinking. So I went to the store and bought a 29 gallon was thinking and thinking. I realized that 250 watts over a 29 would cook the surface (bad idea). So I took it back and exchanged for a 45. All I can say is this bad boy looks HUGE in my room. So im going to attach a 20L sump to it. Its all glass so its safe to drill right? Im going to make 1 overflow in the corner, for the return pump im going with a mag 7 (700GPH) will this be enough? The overflow will be 1" pvp, and the return will be 1/2". Im going to keep my octopus bh-100f do you guys think this will be enough? And my last question is can I keep anemones and sps healthy under one 1400k 250 watt MH?

I'll help you with a couple of those. As far as drilling, it is safe to drill as long as it's not tempered glass. If it's tempered, then drilling is a big no no. The pump is best determined after you figure out how far below the DT your sump will be. The GPH rating will change based upon the height the water has to be pumped back up.
