    I would test you bottled water(poland springs) for Nitrate and Phosphates. If it's high then you know the source of your problem

    Its spring water and they are full of PO4 and nitrates , never use any spring water so many dissolved minerals in it thats what makes it spring water.

    just got back from the local aquarium shop. Bought 5 gl of nutra sea water. Thaks for all the help!
