Need help with unknown white blob in my180

I need help identifying and curing an issue in my tank. I am on my I phone so sorry no pix. I just moved my 90 reef to a 180 gallon double overflow setup. It has been up a month. The last 2 weeks there is a white, almost marshmello type clump in the bottom of both overflows. I cleaned them out and the white glob is slimy and clumped with food. I assume it is a fungus or bacteria but cannot pinpoint the cause. I did just open a new spectrum bottle but everything else in the 180 is a carry over from the 90.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Pictures would help, lol but it could be fungal, hard to say with out seeing it.
