Need help on which bulbs to get. This is really a ASAP question

ok, i'll have a look. up until now, i had no idea of blue bulbs and daylight bulbs.

 

ok, i don't have any corals at the moment, as the tank is still cycling. So if just go with the plain 2 daylight and 2 actinics that should support sps?

 

i think i like the more whitish look, but still not sure, the blue look i think would look almost to dark, since i have a black background

 

That light fixture has 2 blue bulbs and 2 white ones.....just like you are looking for. I used just the blue to simulate sunrise....then the 2 white ones came on for "daylight". Does that make sense...

 

schedule....8am: 2 blue bulbs turn on - 9am: 2 whites bulbs came on....all lights were on at this point.....9pm: 2 white lights turned off - 10pm: 2 blues bulbs turned off.

and that's what i would like to do, to try to do the whole "sunrise" and "daylight" look. I think i'll have to email them because they close in 20 minutes. Which is ok, cause then they just get shipped out tomorrow, if i make my decision tonight. And their here in California so it shouldn't take to long to get here, once they do ship them out.

I think you are ok to give them a call and let them make a recommendation - I would definitely go with 2 actinic and 2 daylight.
