Yes this is a Jebo brand skimmer and as Coldshot states there are more negative reviews for this skimmer than there are positive on this and other sites ( there are those that are happy with it just as there are people who are happy with Seaclones )

skimming and lighting are 2 areas that can make or break your reef set up
some common general advice is the get the best of each that you can afford

    some opinions from me

this is a new tank and provided you take you time with the stocking there is no immediate rush to go out and spend the 75 bucks you have on a skimmer or alternative to a skimmer ( which the Aqualizer is not IMO)

a tank with a very low bioload can survive for a long period with simple biological filtration alone if you couple this with some chemical filtration media such as carbon, Purigen, GFO , then you can still achieve decent water quality without one IME

the danger is rushing to stock your tank, especially with fish and fish with large appetites that subsequently produce a lot of waste , thats when having a decent skimmer will be great insurance for the health of your inhabitants

    my advice thus is

dont rush out and buy a skimmer for 75 bucks
take your time to stock the tank running skimmerless, until you can afford one of the better skimmer models mentioned (corallife has a good rep and is not overly expensive)

better to wait a couple of months longer and get something you will be happy with long term

the above assumes in your new tank there is very limited life forms and as such no skimming short term is an option while you save

but if your tank is partly stocked and you want to add skimmer for water quality issues

having a Deltec MCE600 may make what I say next seem crazy
but before I imported the Deltec , I was using a air driven Red Sea Berlin skimmer - air pump and wooden airstones required , these are very good value, rated for tanks of 60 or 90 (2 models Berlin 60 and 90) and IME worked well enough for me, during the process of setting up my reef

Aquamedic make an air driven midi flotor for tanks up to 60 gallons
I have used this model also and although skimming was effective , cleaning was less convenient than on the Berlin ( The Berlin 90 is in 3 sections you can remove cup and top section to clean each week but with the Aquamedic you need to remove the full skimmer to clean it)

    food for thought

either would make a good alternative to the Jebo or the Acu equaliser IMO

I have had a cpr bak pak 2 r+, a nano skimmer and I have loved them both, it all depends on the deal you get and how often you want to empty the collection cup!

Personally I would skip a skimmer if you can only afford $75 right now. Run without a skimmer until you can buy something you're going to be happy with and that is quality. There are main skimmerless systems out there that have great LPS and softies
