that skimmer is the same style as a sea clone which i believe to be a peice of turd.
If you really only have 75 dollars you should get onto ebay and look for a really good 2nd hand one as all the best skimmers are around the 200 mark brand new (could even be more, my mind is slipping between pounds and dollars).
I read reveiws that the Deltec MCE 600 is the best hang on skimmer you can get

Honestly, I think you are going to have a really hard time trying to find a good skimmer that is around $75, especially for you sized tank. As for the one you linked to, for that price with pump, it's probably not a good skimmer, it doesn't even seem to have a brand name other then "Aquarium Protein Skimmer." Also, the language they use in the description seems a bit odd. For example they say "no more dead spots or dormant living space from now on!" What does this have to do with the skimmer? It also seems to me that somebody not in the aquarium hobby wrote that description because they seem to be trying to use large, more formal words that make reading it akward. I know the way the description is written doesn't really have anything to do with the performance of the skimmer, but do you really want to buy something that is a very important piece of equipment from a place of business that doesn't focus in aquarium supplies? I think you will be wasting your money. I would save up and buy a good skimmer. People here have had good reviews on super skimmers and AquaC skimmers, both are more expensive, but would be great for that sized tank.

I have the skimmer on a 55g and I think it works perfectly fine for my needs. My 55 is only a FOWLR though.....

You might want to look into eBay for a used skimmer. I was lucky to land a used AquaC Remora for $77 there. It's been a great skimmer.

I would prefer the octopus, I have heard very good things about those skimmers.
