    I have a tank raised sunrise dottyback who looooves his pods. I'm not sure what the minimum tank size is on them though. But it goes along with the idea that a dottyback will help keep the pod population down.

    Hey gang. The point of this thread is to make suggestions to help find a fish that can;

    A) Not grow too big to live in a 28, and
    B) Eat pods, and
    C) Be able to deal with a fairly aggressive clownfish

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !

    Thanks inwall.

    Probably going with the six line. I really like the canary wrasse and had not thought of that, but I do not think it has the personality to stand up to the clownfish, and the tank is really too small.

    But thanks everyone for your ideas. :)

    If you don't get the 6-line I have had excellent luck with my leopard wrasse, moreso than with the 6-line I owned before and he gets along with my clown. Just keep that in consideration if your plans fail out :D

    Yep, without rock and sand. I know I have a problem when I can see the pods by the hundreds climbing the algae areas of the tank with the light on. Probably cutting back some on the feeding will help lower the population and maybe inspire the clowns to eat some.

    I personally wouldn't put a leopard in a 28. They get a pretty decent size in time and are constantly swimming.
