need a bit of advice

Hey Reefers I need a bit of advice

here is my situation im leaveing town this weekend for work I just found out today
and im going to have to have a friend help out while im gone with the tank but she has no clue about adding stuff to the water for top offs beside water and she can only come over every two days to do small top off and feed

but my question is I stared driping Kalk( will my tank be ok for 12days with no Kalk or and should I pre mix some gallons with calc and mag,iod,trac ect
if so what can I mix with what so it wont lose potency or explode or melt something

If for just a weekend, just have her top off. Everything else will be fine.

anyone ? what cant be mixed with what ?

do like we do we made a day by day checklist with product name and how much , then we write in sharpie how much and how often on the bottles themselves
