It is a dry heat, yeah right !

Even a hungry blue damsel can sometimes keep their numbers in check and some wrasses. As with most things it's hit and miss. Sometimes you have to blow the FW off the glass for the fish to get the idea and cut back on feedings so the fish actually has to forage.

Haha I guess they get so used to being spoiled they get a little lazy sometimes. I tend to feed pretty light and will often go for a couple days without feeding allowing them to find whatever food they need in the tank. Seems to work too since during the daily feeding they pick very little but after a day or 2 of no food they are constantly exploring and picking at the rockwork.

Sorry to hijack the OP thread interesting find on the flatworm remedy though! We can always use new tricks to solve old problems

All you need is 1 flatworm as they can reproduce by splitting themselves in half, aside from the more pleasurable way :)
I personally treated my entire tank. Treated with FWE and WOW freaking WOW!! Within 3 minutes (I double dosed the FWE) there were 100's if not 1000's free floating in my tank!!! I was horrified at what I was seeing! No way did I see that many! I started netting right away. Then did a 50% WC.
This was about 6 months ago and today, THEY'RE BAAAACK!!

If I weren't planning on upgrading to a 55 (have it sitting in my house), I would buy a wrasse. Instead, I'll just dip my rocks when I move them out and then possibly by a wrasse. In the mean time, this method will keep them off of the glass.
