My little niece (5 years old) has a nano tank, with a few fish, live rock, and mushrooms. She now has a few Aptasia, and I was going to Joe’s Juice them. She ask if they would be ok to leave alone since the only other item in the tank is mushrooms. Any input what would happen if we leave them be and I will just juice them if they get out of control. Will they sting the mushrooms?

You can leave them if you want, but it's not a matter of 'if' they will get out of control but when! Once they get going, they grow like weeds.

I had a couple near some xenia and they seemed to tolerate them.

I agree with Matt that you'll have the tank completly over run in no time. One of the most aggressive colonizers going!
