Nano sps tank build info needed

Im planning on a 100liter nano sps dominant, here is the plan.

Tank: 24x15x18" LWH with back sump

Skimmer : Hydor slim skim nano

Light : DIY or my budget is 100$ max

Wavemaker: Coral box RN-1

Return pump: eheim 1000 via chiller

Chiller : Hailea 150a

Dp-5 dosing pump, will dose vinegar too.

Filter media : seachem carbon, seachem phosbond, seachem purigen. None in reactor.

Supplements: Aquaforest 1+2+3+
Polyp lab colours

Or
Seachem kalk with mag,
strontium and Reef Plus

Or
Seachem adv calcium with
reef builder and reef plus

Questions :

Is the skimmer good enough?

Im confused about supplementation.

Reef will be bare bottom, Sps dominated with mostly monti caps at the bottom sides and acros in the middle. A bonsai type. And maybe a few lps.

Can i keep a calm in bare bottom? Any ideas?

As for stocking, a pair of clown and an algae blenny and a six line with snails and some peppermint shrimps.
