    i would say only one fish, you have a 5 gallon tank thats gonna be around 3-4 gallons of actual water, also i see you decided to go with no clam, good idea IMO. another thing is to add your SPS one at a time spaced out by a couple of days, if you want corailline algae wait to add the sps after you have as much as you want. and DEFINITELY get the par38 LOL

    i was just told the par38 would fry my corals, but i guess not. also 2 in 10 said this would work fine so im gonna probably try it out

    Care to share that site? LOL I dont think they have any special requirements... from what I know, they are not a sand sifter, so you dont need a large sandbed.

    I saw you have a clam on that stocking list... are you sure that's a good idea? In that small of a system, it will suck the calcium out of the water so fast...

    I'm sure the PAR38 will be fine, you will probably just end up having it 12-18 inches above the water.

    haha damn got the coral list on there any everything. Sounds like a plan tho my man. Now we wanna see that thing up and running and some pictures!

    ya right now its cycling, i still need to buy some of the bare essentials, i dont even have a thermometer. do you think ill need a heater?

    also theres only 5 pounds of rock in the tank and its 5 gallons and isnt there supposed to be 2 pounds a gallon? i dont think i could fit another five pounds in
