Excited about 2 of my new frags. In the back is a Bicolor Hammer that I got about 2 weeks ago and in front of it is a Gold Torch I got less than a week ago. The hammer is already splitting. These are 2 corals I have always wanted.

Thanks. And I have had that "blasto" for years and never knew what it was called. It was one or 2 heads up until about a year ago when I switched from MH lights to LED's. Now its been growing pretty well. I am excited about the euphyllias though. I have frogspawn that wont stop splitting. easily have 35 heads and I sold about 10 a few weeks ago. Need to get rid of more. they like my tank

Just out of curiosity do you run any GFO, Bio-pellets (or other carbon sources)?

Nope, just a skimmer. Dont even use RODI water for water changes. Straight tap water.

This is a pic of the tank from about 6 months ago. I will upload a more recent one later after work.

It's busting at the seams, with coral;)

My Euphyllia always did better without GFO or any carbon products that is the reason I ask.

I ran an fx 5 on it for years with chemi pure in it but I put an eshopps sump on it and got rid of the fx5. I have an old fluval 405 laying around and i been debating hooking it up just to use the chemi pure again. Cant hurt i guess.
And yea its very full, been trying to sell and trade stuff

So jealous! Those are awesome corals you got greg. Tank is looking great. If your gonna try chemipure again look into chemipure blue. I've been using it and I love it. No carbon dust at all.

One of my frogspawn colonies when the lights first come one. Look at all the babies inside.
