My Marco rock arrived today ... excited

My rock showed up today for my new Reef build. Thought I'd share since the wheels are now finally in motion. I've got the tank and the sump and the rock showed up. All of the other equipment is on the way.

I'll start a build thread for the reef ... I just wanted to show some pics of the new rock. This stuff is deadly.

This is no attempt at a scape, this was just me unboxing the stuff and stacking it in front of my sump for size reference. The tank behind the rock is 5x2x1.5

I think I'll be able to put a really nice aquascape together once I start playing with this stuff

Lo jack. I was suppost to recieve a package from them today but the sent it to my billing address instead. They resent another package to the correct address but who knows when that will arrive.

 

haha mine was just left outside. UPS didn't even ring the doorbell. Me and my wife were both home ... and no one bothered to come to the door of the house. She went outside to take out the trash ... and these 3 boxes were sitting at the bottom of the stairs on our back deck lol

 

I had them do that but with a coral, my car was right in the drive. And I KNOW he heard me playing Battlefield. I have that thing cranked up to +10db when no body is home.

some ppl just do not give a F _ _ K. I assume youve seen the video of the FedEx guy literally tossing a new flat screen over the dudes fence, breaking it and all...

Rock looks great btw. I wanna order from them for my 75, hopefully shipping wont be as bad seeing how im local. Well local compared to Canada.

 

ive ordered from them, i really prefer reefcleaners they are much easier to deal with but i was still very pleased with their rock.

 

Fed Ex threw our wedding album over the fence too, even though it required a signature. The worst part of that story was the 65 lb German Shepherd on the other side that tore the package to shreds.

We waited for like 6 months for our wedding photo's ... then fed ex did that and they had to be re-ordered.

We got married in Feb. We just got our wedding photos two weeks ago after all these headaches ... stupid Fed ex lol

 

at least they paid for the replacement photos

 

I've noticed that is a common thing with FedEx and UPS now. They don't give s@#$ anymore about packages. I ordered $400 worth of fish that required a signature as well, and the damn UPS guy just left them on the front step while talking on his phone. My wife actually said something to him, and he said have a nice day.

Rock looks nice by the way.

 

Good looking stuff, I ordered from them as well. Just look at the rubble as lots of frag plugs and stuff for a fuge

 

Yayy!!! I just got my package from marco rocks today as well I just bought a bunch of sand though, oh and yeah my friend ordered a 60" LED tv that was almost $3k and they just left it leaning against his garage!!!!!
