First here is my Tank info

    90 gallon
    48 x 18 x 24
    20 gallon sump
    20 gallon fuge

My lighting is a tek 2 retrofit kit 6 lights. I Also have 1 ice cap LED tube. I want to add more LEDs to add more blue to my tank...I would really like to add two more of the ICE cap tubes. or my other thought is adding some of the stunner strips so I can add blue and purple. .Will this be to much? thoughts?

Probably not. You can save $4 to $5 a bulb by buying ATI brand and you will increase your PAR output also. Go 4 Blue plus and 2 aquablue special.

Right now I'm using ATI and Giesemann bulbs.. I have 3 50/50s and 3 blues. So are you saying adding more icecap tubes wont help?

Not unless they are blues. I would switch out one of the 50/50 for another blue plus.

What do you think a giesemann purple will do for me? the Ice caps would be blue just like the one in the middle.

It should darken the tank some if you replace a 50/50. Might make it look a tad purple.

Your blues will look very blue and give the tank the same look as lunar lights. You could also do this if you want a deep-reef look. UV will be more of a dark purple to black and corals will floress/glow more.

The purple would pretty much be the same as the UV.

I would just change your bulbs around to 3 blue +, 2 aqua blues and a fiji purple. That was the best color combo I got when using T5's.
