    and im glad that this is getting so much attention i feel good, and its ok that the name was changed, I believe the establishment is only in the bucks county area and I don't see to many people with PA in their sig.

    Ontop27-- sorry to hear about your close call.

    Brandon-- that really is an awesome letter and quite fun to read.

    There is an important reminder here for all of us and that is to always double check the SG of any water that you are going to add to your tank. It might not even be a bad idea to check for other nasty things like phosphates if you are unsure of the quality of your LFS.

    Finally, you guys really make me appreciate how lucky I am to live within 20 miles of three LFS's that are 100% dedicated to SW. I don't even bother with the half-dozen places that have salt water 'departments'.

    I actually disagree. He went in there a second time, and the problem was repeated. It shows said retail outlet has no desire to make things right even after a mistake. I wouldn't take my business there anymore personally.

    My wife and I are business owners and have been for a few years now. We own a small petsitting business and take care of some very high end animals. (we have several high profile clients) If we do something stupid with one of our clients animals, we are screwed. It is our job to make sure we take care of our our clients and if we don't, we don't deserve the business. It is that lfs job to take care of their customers.

    Sounds like this LFS is bad news bears. My closest real SW LFS is an hour away. It is a PAIN. Id suggest searching for reef buddies in your area to borrow/trade stuff with. It can make it so that gear coming in late isnt as big an issue. Good luck!
