My letter to LFS

I have over 10g in my 220 and that is only one of my three reef tanks I understand. I think with 10k invested and knowledge of your tank first off you would be mixing your water with your r/o. I think they should have the oppertunity to make good on it before deciding they suck. Honestly as an owner you can only micromanage so far people are imperfect and make mistakes doesent mean that it will happen again. I argree there is a point to be upset about but like I said before I had a problem with a new skimmer and much like this topic I made a call and asked who was in charge. I then sent a letter I was then contacted back and was asked to further discuss my issue with a higher manager. It took 2 months but they made good. They are a very large name in aquatics and very well known. they owned up to it and replaiced my broken skimmer (which is brand new in box still) and took care of the damage plus some. So I think its fair to say that with my 220 and well over 10k invested I still have bought products from this company. No matter how good of an owner of a co you are people still have bad days and to say you never made a mistake while working for someone would probally be a false statment and to think that person should be spread around to know you stink as a co for your mistake haha no you should be know you stink from the boss right lol. Anyway I am not arguing just see thing different as I have see alot after managing 2 buisness for people and owning 2 of my own right now.

 

Btw you have 10grand living in your tank? I am bringing a hook lets go fishing haha8)

 

LMAO!!!!! if u can get a coral to "bit" lmk how LOL and yes i do between corals and fish, but i agree i do mix everything on my own i was just saying bc there are people who have wayyyy better systems then mine but dont know what they are doing and have people take care of there systems

 

or maybe its the person that works in the reptile dept and the fish person called in and they thought they did it right while taking the time to try to help there are way to many varaibles. You know what I mean not that they sell reptiles maybe its someone that just thought they did it right and swrewed up. I think if we get some pitch forks and all go down there torether we can take care of this. You get the big guy I will take the little one haha
