I'm Sorry I have edited the Company name out of this post. 3Reef can not assume the liability of a slander law suit because of the content of the forum.
the alternative is to delete the thread and I do not feel that is appropriate. 3Reef has no problem with people PMing ontop27 to find out who the offending LFS is, but please no public flaming of any company

I am confused as to why this would be slander? First off, slander is verbal. The definition of it in written sense is libel ;) And to be libel it would have to be false. Are we not to express negative reviews on a company and just pretend all of our experiences are peachy?
I am not trying to stir anything here by any means, but I think this is stretching things pretty far.

I have to agree here. Reefkeeping is a fairly tight knit community and when someone is wronged by a retailer, I would think that it is perfectly acceptable to let everyone know who that was. Not as slander but for the simple fact that if you are practicing bad business, you don't deserve any business at all. This is just my opinion though. Not my forum=)
