    My fish is dying, URGENT need help, home alone xx!!

    i think my fish is dyin and theres nothing i can do, im only 13, and my mums gone shopping, ive called her, and she doesnt no what to do either , can anyone help? basically, (its a goldfish) + she isnt able to move, and she keeps floating up to the top of the tank, shes moving her mouth everynow + then, so she cant be dead right? and the filters just blowing her all over the place, ive been lookin all over internet + i cant seem to work out whats going on, she cant swim, im really confused + scared x :cry:

    Its sounds like she is dying - unfortunately with fish, when they are like this, there is nothing that can really be done for them........

    i dont no if shes dead, hes floating around, but shes not on her belly? like not upside down ? im confused ;( pleeease reply xx

    Yeah, it doesnt sound good, unfortunately theres really nothing you can do at this point. Sorry Luna

    Most likely ammonia. Do a partial water change with treated DECHLORINATED water. might make it a little easier for the poor goldie. Those goldfish are usually stuffed in under sized bowls without filters. They start to build a tolerance to high nitrate and low ammonia. Min tank size for a goldfish is 30 gallons.

    Drain 10% of the water out. Fill it back up with dechlorinated tap water.
