My Fairy Wrasse Jumped

When I was feeding my fish my Fiary Solarensis Wrasse jumped and hit the hardwood floor. I got him quick and threw him in and immediately went to the back of the tank. Think he should be ok?

 

Hopefully! I have had two fish hit carpet in front of me and both went on afterwards, so I would say chances are good.

 

if you got him that quick, he should be okay. i had a flasher wrasse do the same, was outta the tank 5 mins, covered in dog hair. but threw him back in and he was fine , took a couple days for him to be back to his old self.

 

and see, this is why I never invest in flying fish.

my flooring is also wood ( carpet not required in this climate)

What climate is carpet required in? Is that like the "white after labour day" of flooring?

I think he'll be okay, for what it's worth I've had fish jump and bee out longer, and still survive.
