Are you using acrylic bonding on glass?

no that will never work...iam useing lexan AKA polycarbonate. Alot stronger then reg arcylic. What i do is i bond the poly with the weld on 4 let it sit for about 2 days then i apply a nice long bead around the edges just to be sure. After another 24 hours i filled up the fuge and let it sit for yet another 2 days and thats my final product usally takes me a week ...but the one iam working on now shouldnt i have a better understanding on how this bonding thing works. The reason why it looks like glass is because i peeled the protective film off it...another mistake i had done. oh and its 1/4"

Do you know if that is "aquarium-safe"? my concern is that after you have your tank running, that Lexan starts to leak toxins into the water.
