Problem is my tank was set up years ago with these 4 returns that were used for diffent pumps and gadgets Magnum 350, UV etc.. Capped them off when I moved and have never really felt the need to use them. Now I find Oceans Motions Squirt and I know that this perfect for my set up...four returns not being used.

Right now it is 110 gal (taller kind), mag 12 with a tidepool (replaced when making the reef plunge), ETS 600 Skimmer, 4 1200 maxi-jets 2 modded. Too much live rock, Koran Angel, Queen Angel, Leopard Wrasse, Six Line Wrasse, 3 Percs, Flame Angel, Urchins, ton of snails and hermit crabs. I know the livestock will change but there is another tank in the future too.

Right now it is FO but the change is coming, so for you reefers which do think will be a better option? Cost ends up the same but I wanna play with one of those EcoTechs

I have a Ocean Motion and love what it does for the tank. It is great if you want chaotic water moverment without all the power cords hanging in the tank that make it look cluttered. Better to engineer your system first so that you are able to hide stuff like that.

Is chaotic motion what you want in a reef tank?
