My rose bta has been in the same spot since February and it has decided to move. Does that mean it's not healthy? Nothing has been changed in the tank and water tested great.

Anemones have a mind of their own. But if it moved, something changed in your tank. Lighting, parameter swing, something changed.

What type of lighting do you have? Some lose their color spectrum after only 6 months, even though the bulb lasts much longer.

The only other thing is that it might not be getting enough food. Unlike most corals, nems require a certain amount of meaty food. Have you been target feeding at all?

I target feed small silverside shrimp but I did slow down on feeding it... Bulbs T5s, ATIs bought April 4 I hope they haven't lost ther spectrum already. The anemone looks great but it moved up on the rock it's attached to and is getting blasted with current in a high flow area.

No, your T5's are fine. How often were you feeding before? If it wasn't growing at an unusual rate, then that's probably what it needs.
