I'm pretty sure my ballest is broken on my 4 bulb 24" AquaticLife T5 fixture! 2 of the bulbs on the second switch won't turn on! All I did was shut off the fixture and when I went to turn it back on the first set of bulbs came on but the second didn't. :( I thought maybe a bulb burnt out but even replacing them didn't work. I'm gunna try calling someone about this.

If you replace the ballast yourself I think the replacement costs in the neighborhood of $30 -$40.

Definitely call them. IIRC, you've had it less than a month. If you bought it new, they should fix or replace it for free. In the meantime, do you still have your old fixture, and will both fit on your tank together? That would keep everything thriving for you if you can make it work.

I dont have the other fixture because I traded my dual bulb for the 4 bulb. So, no it isnt under warenty. AquaticLife said that it could have just come unplugged which can often times happen. If it still isnt working then Ill need a new fixture, which is easy to replace myself and only costs about $35. I gotta go pick up an allen key to get to the ballast though. Here's to hoping its just loose or unplugged!!!
