They are definitely putting a halt on coral sales ATM.

Thanks John! I'll send that Yuma to you if you still want it. I'd QT it and look for unwanted nems before adding it though. :-/

Thanks! Have any idea what they are? They were a bonus for a job well done so I have no idea.

I hope so. Just a matter of finding time to build it.

Did you try peppermints? They cleaned house in mine.

Peppermints are to hit and miss, steal food from LPS. I've tried a small army of them in my 46 and they never touched an aip.

I got lucky, the two I bought were animals. Every day they put a dent in the population until they were gone

Knowing that you used shrimp instead of your DIY zapper doesn't do much for my confidence in following your instructions to build one. :)

My CUC and the macro's I ordered from John (reefcleaners) came in yesterday. Some other macro's came in today. I also took some mangroves with leaves and roots down to fill up a blind spot behind one of the Evo's. Enjoy the pics :)

    Another type of Halimeda

How I set up the mangroves. It'll look awesome when the roots grow down over the ledge.

Some grape caulerpa. The rest is in the fuge
    [IMG]
Mermaids fan and fern caulerpa. There's more fern in the fuge.

I also added about 1000 pods (which will probably eat up my macros) another red titan and in the fuge, some chaeto and 5 mangrove pods.

    Very nice!
I saw some of that red plant at my LFS (second picture down). Is it a coral or what? Can you tell me a little about it..it looks awesome! I might want to get some :)
    Thanks!

That's Red Bush. It's a macroalgae, a marine plant and a species in the rhodophyta phylum. The "leaves" feel kind of rubbery and color depends on the intensity of light it receives. It's decorative and nutrient export is minimal. It will be eaten by herbivorous fish and inverts so if you have, say a tang for instance, it wouldn't last long in your tank.

My newest fish addition. I really wanted a Long-nosed but this Cirrhitichthys falco gives a better chance for peaceful living with other future inhabitants.
