The thought on tracking your coral growth has been the same thought for me. I appreciate other people that take the extra step to do this. Helps me out too... to get a generalization on growth rate on certain corals. Plus its just cool. People usually take pics every 3 months ive noticed.

My clams actually have a molding underneath em so the stay put in the sand. sorta like how fake plants have a base when you put em in sand. So they dont really wander on their own. I place em and the stay.

Ive been told and have noticed that they will soon grow on the overflow. I originally superglued them to the overflow. I noticed that some are actually attaching to the overflow since they have been growing.

You can really see a difference in growth of all the monti cap's on your overflow b/w the 150W and 250W pics. They've grown fuller, more bowl shaped.

Tank is looking great, man! :)

Yea the monti caps have been pleasantly growin real nice. Its only a 2.5 month timeframe between those two pics. Did you notice the extreme growth rate on the orange monti digita too?

I didnt realize how quick they grow. I just added a purple grape monti cap on my rightside of the tank. Its a 1 inch piece. Should grow fast like others. I bought it small on purpose. Really wanna see the growth rate on these suckers.

    Thanks for the compliment. :)

Just an update on what my mind is thinking.

I am currently having a custom stand built. A gentleman I found on craigslist does em for side deal. Hes actually gonna draft it on cad for me before he builds. So im excited bout this.

Also powerman has informed me the beauties of controllers.
Looking into the AC Jr and Apex by neptune. Undecided on which one yet. Not sure how much money I want to invest.

Will post cad drawings when they are received
