looks much better and more natural;D

Originally I believe you attempted to make the left rock the focal point, however since both rock piles are so close in size neither stands out more then the other,so the valley is actually the focal point.

Just a quick update. Got back from my long (6 weeks) vacation trip and starting up the aquarium again. Luckily all the livestock are still alive! I received my UHE before I left, so have been playing with it a bit and now just starting to fill up the main tank (should take about 2-3 days unfortunately). Will get some more pics up soon!

I had the oppertunity to get a few products from marineland and think there stuff is of good quality but think there skimmers are way over rated. I had the model 300 on my 220 and it did not put a dent in the skimming I went with a larger skimmer and would never look back. I liked the idea of there skimmers but they did not seem up to par. I will follow along and hope you had better luck then me. there pumps I still have 2 mj550 pumps on my tank and they work well. I also have the light again something sent to me from marineland and I am very please with that.

I do like the rock work. I think the island thing you have going is cool moven them over and add a third and it will be pretty awesome!

Where did you order the eductors from. Are they plastic? When I researched online they were all made of metal components.

Got these from eBay from some guy in HK. Shipped very fast, all plastic, fits perfectly and came with the NPT to threaded adaptor for it as well.

Duly noted...I kind of knew their skimmers were mediocore, but it was the perfect size for my in-tank usage (due to the rear chambers in the aquasystem). IMHO it performs decently with some good black skimmate, only if you addressed its hypersensitivity to water levels. Otherwise it can be seems like it really sucks. In general, I think of Marineland as sort of the Toyota of Aqua supplies. Usual good quality, nothing flashy or extraordinary, and hopefully reliable (in most cases). I'm just awaiting when they will release the new LED HO....
