Jessman - you are going to have to get most of that water out and the rockwork
or you will never move that tank and if you try you could end up breaking/ smashing it

if it where me this is how I would (did) do it

1 - you need empty tubs, buckets and yes even plastic toyboxes ( Triplemon will call me out on if if I fail to mention them)
2 - you need enough to take the contents of your tank
3 - make a fresh batch of SW (30% or 15 gallons) in another bucket 48 hours before the move
4- day of move - empty enough water into holding tubs and transfer live stock (carefully dont stir up more than you need to, keep that water clear)
5 continue to syphon and add water to the holding tubs
6 - when you get to last inch or 2 of water remove rock to holding tubs and then net fish
7 - throw away last couple of inches of water and IMO the tank bed sand/CC whatever, throw it away - mini cycles or the causes of them can result from the sand bed being disturbed
8 - once emptied and rinsed re locate and start adding water back once water gets high enough add your base layer of rock - and a new sand bed !
9 - keep adding water and rock work until reef is re set
10- add live stock back and remainder of water
11- use the fresh salt water you made to top off tank and to fill your new sump

thats how I would go about moving a tank
