So put a security deposit down on an appartment! This will be my first apartment. Me and my gf of 2yrs are renting a place together, it is gorgeous!

Tile floors, granite counter tops. The apartment is only 2yrs old and we will be the second tenants. $750 a month. Gf is also either getting a promotion to assistant manager, or going to take a job at citizens bank. What a great week! Things are finally looking up!

BUT now i have to move the tank! AHH.

Well i was thinking of setting up the 40B in the apartment, transferring everything over, then cleaning the 75, drilling it, move it, fill it, then transfer everything back to the 75. Also need to build a hood that will hold 2 reefbreeders led lights in plan for ordering a second light.

I think this will be the best way to do it. Any tips?

Is the tank going where you have tiles? and are the tiles ceramic or? You may want to set up something to not damage the tiles.

The weight does have the potential to crack the tiling if it wasnt done right or even upset the grouting. We thought about this with our recent move and what we did was take a piece of plywood down sanded it and painted it to match the stand, So it sits on that. It helps disperse the weight, then we put down a nice utility mat that just reaches outside of the plywood. Just a thought with renting.

    Nice. Congrats.

Probably should verify with the landlord about setting up the tank.
Often, many have a maximum gallon limit.
