    Yaaa being a "living in" uncle with 2 and 4 year old nieces I know a little about that, and I'm not really sure witch would be harder, medical sleep loss or sleep loss from a screaming child....... I suppose sleep loss from a screaming child could turn into medical sleep loss pretty quick..... speaking of I hear a kid crying now lol.
