Hello, I was wondering whether any one knows anything about the site : : : : Indo-Pacific Sea Farms : : : :. They have mini stars that they say are tiny brittle stars that are only supposed to get 1in across and if that is true I thought they would be a useful and interesting addition to my 10g nano reef tank. Any info welcome! :)

BTW, does anyone know of good online sites where we can get a good price for a T5 HO lighting fixture?

    Thanks!

in my nano i have white mini ones that hitchhiked there way into my tank. there very small i only saw them once or twice. if there the same thing you cant really watch them they disappear in the sand and to do any cleaning youd need like 50 of them

edit- but if the 6 you get breed you could end up with a substantial amount.

if their the tiny white britles with thin legs then their good.if you lived closer i'd give you dozens for free, look under your rocks from time to time, you may alreaddy have them.the ones with thick legs are'nt always good.i'm absolutely certain if i shipped them they would die.i tried taking them out once and they died right away.i found you have to scoop them out along with some water and sand.they clean at night.at day they hide.i'd find someone close to you and ask for some.their like stomatella snails in that people usually get them in their liverock or algae.you never see them for sale.everything i saw on there you get with live rock anyway.

Thanks for the info, but does anyone know whether the mini starfish from this site stay that size? Is it a reputable site? Or know any they prefer?

    Thanks!
