So I have access to a microscope in the lab that I am working in.. I brought in a sample of algae, which I believe is bryopsis, and something that I thought was a sponge, but some other stuff happened to come along. I am working on getting rid of this stuff right now, and it seems to be working, but I still want to know lol.

    Bryopsis? or Green hair algae?

    Great pics.

Yes, I'll still put my hands in my tank when I need to.
I also swim in the sea at least twice a week, and when snorkeling sea water is constantly getting in my mouth. No worries....

i try to not think about what is in our water. I still siphon water out when I do water changes or drip new fish, and well.......if you ever got a mouth full of tank water you know what comes later in the day!

great pics! I still love looking at microscope pics

You still are in biology class. Your hobby is recreating an ecosystem in your home. ;)
