    well i checked into coralvues and they are nice but a little more than PFO. could i get a 10% discount on them. then it would be less. They come w/ 10000K bulbs. i didn't see any for them just reef sun or whatever.

    Did you look at Darins Coralvue hoods? That's what I have. What comes on the PFO and what comes on the Coralvue that you looked at?

    the coralvue has 250 watt HQI 10000K bulbs w/ electric ballast and the PFO has remote ballast and various kinds of bulbs. PFO has no fans. coralvue does like 4"

    The coralvue has a choice of 10K, 14K or 20K and also has remore ballasts!
